The core agenda of e-Bihar is to facilitate exchange of knowledge on the subject of e-Governance. The practitioners of e-Governance from all over the country will gather in Patna, Bihar for the Summit to shed light on the ways by which they see the ICTs being a key and inseparable part of the ‘present we have.’ The event will lead to a greater acknowledgement of the ubiquitous role that ICTs are playing in our society, from the way in which we communicate, network and interact, to the way in which we learn, play, conduct business or access government services.

Objectives
The focus of e-Bihar event will be to develop strategies for development of better e-Governance services. Thought leaders, visionaries, policy makers and implementation specialists of transformational e-Governance initiatives come together at this conference to discuss, debate and propose the future directions. Government and Private Sector participants alike, take an in-depth and critical view in each of the following areas:
- What will e-Shakti initiative look like, in 10 years?
- How can different departments be fully engaged with the CSCs?
- Data and Data Management as a foundation of converged ESD
- What steps need to be taken to upgrade the infrastructure of SDCs, SWANs, e-District, etc.
- What kind of difference can be made through Mobile Governance Applications
