Rsitting Window for Jan 2016 Exam is
open. The Last date is 10 Dec 2015.
For exam Centre Transfer, you
need to fill the form separately before filling the Resitting Form

Note: There will not be any window
with late fee. Students have to complete the Resit entry including “Submit to
the University” before the last date.

Important Information for Project Submission-Oct/Nov 2015.
All SMU_DE Students of Final Semester appearing for Oct/Nov 2015 Project Exams.
We are happy to inform that the Summer 2015 upload project tab link is activated and made available in your EDUNXT profile under Submit Project. Kindly submit the prepared soft copy of project report document and presentation PPT file. This is applicable only to Oct/Nov 2015 examination registered students.
The last date for submission of Summer 2015 project in Edunxt portal is 13th November 2015. Kindly upload the completed project through your EDUNXT login immediately at http://edunxt.smude.edu.in to avoid the last minute rush.

1. The Final Project must be typed and formatted neatly as per project guidelines and soft copy should be uploaded on or before the submission cut-off date.
2. Follow format provided in project guidelines and complete the report. Ensure that your project report shall not exceed 100 pages of A-4 size. Files not adhering to the template will not be considered for evaluation.
3. Project submissions are accepted only in .doc or.docx formats and presentation file in ppt, these files need to be converted into pdf format or compressed into zip/ rar folder file during upload.
4. In case of multiple project files, the PPT/PDF files and the doc/docx/PDF files should be compressed into separate zip or rar folder files (within the allowed size limit) for presentation and documentation respectively and then uploaded.
5. Please finalize your final report and presentation PPT before submission. Only ONE submission is allowed. Multiple submissions are not allowed. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
6. Please restrict the project report document size to < 10 MB and presentation PPT size to < 2 MB. Avoid inserting images of very high resolution into the document to remain within the size limit.
7. Please ensure you provide a valid email id and mobile number to receive confirmation message on successful submission.
8. Projects that have been directly copied from the Internet and that have been copied and shared among students will be automatically rejected and disqualified.

* If you fail to submit the project on/before cutoff date, you will not be allowed to appear for the final project evaluation, viva & voce and marked as ABSENT in project for that particular session and will be allowed to submit fresh project for next session upon re-sitting only.
