Google has announced the launch of an educational program

Google has announced the launch of an educational program which will aim at creating more high-quality Android application developers in the country. 

In partnership with Udacity, a US-based for-profit educational organisation which offers massive open online courses (MOOC), Google is going to offer Android Developer Nanodegrees in India. The Android Nanodegree is an education credential meant to help developers. With this program, developers they can learn new skills from anywhere in the country. All they need is an internet connection.
Google and philanthropic organisation Tata Trusts will also offer 1,000 scholarships to deserving students from across India. The program has been launched with the idea of providing developers with easy and affordable access to world class education, thereby making India the global leader in mobile app development.
